What this AD requires

We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for the products listed above. This AD results from mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) originated by an aviation authority of another country to identify and correct an unsafe condition on an aviation product. Serial ranges are grouped by model: DHC-8-102/-103/-106/-201/-202/-301/-311/-315 have serial numbers 003 through 644 inclusive; DHC-8-400/-401/-402 have serial numbers 4003, 4004, 4006, and 4008 through 4164 inclusive.
