What this AD requires

We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for the products listed above that would revise an existing AD. This AD results from mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) originated by an aviation authority of another country to identify and correct an unsafe condition on an aviation product. Serial-conditional — narrows to serials 11003–11241, 11991–11991, 11992–11992.

Mark 0070 and Mark 0100: all serial numbers. Mark 1000, 2000, 3000, and 4000: serial numbers 11003 through 11241 inclusive, and 11991 and 11992.

Method of compliance — The specific action taken (inspected, replaced, modified) and to what revision.

Signature & certificate — The A&P/IA who returned it to service, with certificate number.
