Within 8 months after the effective date of this AD, inspect the liftdumper system wiring shield ground connections to determine if the shields are connected to ground, in accordance with Fokker Service Bulletin SBF100-27-043, dated October 1, 1992; if any shield is not connected to ground, connect it to ground prior to further flight.
