Garrett Turbine Engine Company Model TFE731-2, -3, -3R, -3A, -3AR, -3B and -3BR series turbofan engines (footer lists Honeywell International Inc. as current holder of the TFE731 model line). To prevent failure of the high-pressure compressor [rotor, text truncated]; compliance required as indicated unless already accomplished. Effective December 9, 1983.
