What this AD requires

This AD was prompted by several reports of failed clutch actuators and failed rivets attaching the belt tension clutch actuator brackets (bracket) to the fan scroll housing. This AD requires inspecting each bracket and, depending on the results, accomplishing additional inspections or taking any necessary corrective actions. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
