What this AD requires

The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for AERO Sp. z o.o. (AERO) Model AT-3R100 airplanes with an ELPROP 3-1-1P propeller. This AD results from mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) issued by the aviation authority of another country to identify and correct an unsafe condition on an aviation product.
