What this AD requires
We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Dassault Aviation Model FALCON 7X airplanes. This AD was prompted by a determination that new and more restrictive maintenance requirements and airworthiness limitations are necessary. This AD requires revising the existing maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, to incorporate new and more restrictive maintenance requirements and airworthiness limitations for airplane structures and systems. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Which aircraft AD 2019-03-20 applies to
Applies only to airplanes with an original certificate of airworthiness or original export certificate of airworthiness issued on or before August 24, 2018 (see ship_date_range). Airplanes with modifications M1000 and M1254 incorporated are marketed as 'FALCON 8X' but remain Model FALCON 7X.
