What this AD requires

We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for the products listed above. This AD results from mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) originated by an aviation authority of another country to identify and correct an unsafe condition on an aviation product. Serial numbers 17000002, 17000004-17000013, and 17000015-17000208 apply to the ERJ 170 models listed; serial numbers 19000002, 19000004, and 19000006-19000152 apply to the ERJ 190 models listed.
